Who am I?

I’m Rachel. I’m a coach and HR leader. I’ve worked for many large organisations as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. Having spent over 15 years observing people interact at work, I believe strongly that there’s room for improvement in all our working lives. I’m interested in what brings us meaning, and the role that work can play in connecting us to our purpose.

My experience of working with leaders in organisations combined with my straightforward approach to coaching mean I’m uniquely placed to support professional people like you to navigate and overcome their personal and professional challenges.
