Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· You contact us by email regarding coaching.
We also receive personal information via our website.
We use the information that you have given us in order to legitimately run our business, maintain appropriate client records, understand and make changes to optimise our website experience for clients.
We share website information with Squarespace, our website analytics provider, to learn about site traffic and activity. Squarespace analyses the data in a de-personalised format.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is that we have a legitimate interest.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep personal information as long as we need it to maintain appropriate business records, for example for tax and accounting purposes. Once we no longer require the information we destroy it.
