My experience

I have 15 years of professional HR experience gained across a number of sectors, including banking, media, legal and consulting. I have a Masters in HR and am a Chartered Member of the CIPD.  I’ve completed a Diploma in Transformational Coaching.

Across my career I’ve supported people with challenges, and experienced obstacles myself. I’ve experienced the ups and downs of moving roles and organisations, including relocating to a new country. I’ve had career highs and lows and I bring all this to my coaching with you.

Why I coach

I coach because it matters. I love supporting people to pursue their personal and professional goals. I am values-driven and coaching gives me an opportunity to connect, collaborate and be curious. I enjoy getting to the heart of a problem or challenge and exploring it from different angles. I love to see the changes in my clients as they explore and resolve challenges in their working lives.

Why we focus on work

Having spent years observing people in organisations, I have a core belief that working life can be improved, and that we can all find and create our own conditions to thrive. Our professional lives cannot usually be separated from ‘the rest’ of our lives. Our work can be related to our purpose, meaning, values, definitions of status and success, and our identity and self-worth. I love helping people explore the multi-faceted nature of work and get clearer about what they want and need from work.

I find it rewarding to see my clients develop clarity and confidence in navigating whatever they are facing.

WHat else?

I live and work in West London. When I’m not coaching you might find me supporting Brentford FC or admiring London’s interwar architecture. Pets are always welcome in my virtual coaching space.
